On 20 September, 2017 at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the Concept of e-Governance Development was approved. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroysman underlined that IT sector is one of economic development points of Ukraine. Shifting the state to e-technology is one of incentives for development of this sector.

"I think that enough serious work has been done. By the end of the year, we will provide 100 electronic services, we will introduce mobile identification – it will allow making use of even wider range of services. The process is moving, we will accelerate it ", – said Volodymyr Hroysman.

He admitted that currently is needed to create a single environment – and this requires political will. "And here we have to be on the side of the future and not to remain in the past," – Volodymyr Hroysman commented.
