On May 28, 2020, the first session of the short-term webinar on leadership development within the 100 Champions course for government officials responsible for Euro-Atlantic integration was launched online.
The event was organized by the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the support of the NATO-Ukraine Program for Professional Development of Civilian Personnel in the Security and Defense Sector.
The Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Vadym PRYSTAYKO addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech and wished future leaders success in mastering new skills and knowledge.
Olena SERGEEVA, Head and Trainer of the Development and Coaching Program for ESLEAD Leaders, conducts a webinar and facilitates discussions between the participants. During the first session, she outlined the main differences and functions of a leader and manager, discussed with the participants the leadership competencies that are necessary for modern management, as well as highlighted the implementation of the process of organizational change in organizations.
During the next two sessions, which will take place on June 02 and 04, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the practical issues of applying the principles of motivation, communication and teamwork.
