A Meeting of the Commission for Coordination of Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine was held with the participation of the NAUCS Head Nataliia Aliushyna

On December 15, 2020, a Meeting of the Commission for Coordination of Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine chaired by the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Olha STEFANISHYNA was held in the format of an online conference.

During the online meeting, the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Nataliia ALIUSHYNA informed the participants about the results of the first and second parts of the main stage of the functional survey of state authorities in the field of Euro-Atlantic integration and the state of professional training programs for civil servants and local government officials on Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration and on the development and evaluation of annual national programs under the auspices of the NATO-Ukraine Commission.

Nataliia ALIUSHYNA stressed that there is a need to strengthen the existing unit for Euro-Atlantic integration in 9 institutions while there is a need to create a separate structural unit in 5 institutions. The survey participants also noted the need for professional training of specialists of relevant departments on leadership, project management, improving foreign language proficiency issues, etc.

In addition, the NAUCS initiated the formation of a working group with the participation of representatives of public authorities and higher education institutions to develop a professional (certificate) training program for civil servants of central executive authorities involved in developing, monitoring and evaluating annual national programs under the auspices of the Commission Ukraine. - NATO.
