On October 08, 2025, an online meeting of the Working Group on the development of new methodologies for conducting policy analysis, stakeholder consultations, and preparing evidence-based policy recommendations was held to implement paragraph 2.2.4.1.6 of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023–2025, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of March 04, 2023 No. 220.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine.
During the meeting, Ms. Maryna Kanavets, Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, presented a report based on the results of a survey assessing the level of impact assessment and monitoring of regulatory acts carried out by staff of central executive authorities and other state bodies.
Following the discussion of the survey results, the participants agreed on the next steps for implementing paragraph 2.2.4.1.6 of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023–2025.
Background: The survey was the result of joint efforts by the staff of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union. Representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine were also involved in the development of the survey questions.
