On July 21, 2010 in the premises of Ministry of Economy of Ukraine the 1st sitting of Thematic group on economic, regional, institutional development issues as well as issues on Government-donors group management was held.

From September of the following year 14 newly created policy analysis groups are going to start their work. Participants of groups are civil servants of the central executive bodies of Ukraine, who work diligently to find strategies and ways of solving actual problems in specific priority area of their authority. These are representatives of Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Agricultural Policy, Customs, State Committee for television and radio broadcasting.

Representatives of MDCSU began their working visit to Odessa. Head of Communications and Publishing Activities Unit of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to Standards of the European Union Dmytro Chupryna is a member of the above mentioned delegation. 

The trip was organized to harmonize the organization and the Annual Richelieu Academic Readings.

On August 25, 2010 meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, during which the draft of Presidential Decree and draft decrees and regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine were considered. 

On August 20, 2010 a solemn meeting of the staff of MDCSU, Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and the School for Senior Civil Service on the occasion of the Day of State Flag of Ukraine and the 19th anniversary of Ukraine's independence took place.

On August 20, 2010 at the premises of the School for Senior Civil Service training workshop on the effective use of programming software "Card" was conducted.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine, Ministry of Emergencies and Affairs of Population Protection from the Consequences of Chernobyl Catastrophe, Ministry of Fuel and Energy and representatives of other central executive bodies.

On August 19, 2010 Head of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU) Tymofiy Motrenko in the presence of personnel of MDCSU, Twinning Programme Administration Office and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union has officially opened the new premises of Twinning Programme Administrative Office.

On August 18, 2010 Deputy Head of Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine Ukraine (MDCSU) Andriy Vyshnevsky met with representatives of Swiss-Ukrainian Decentralisation Support Project (DESPRO). Namely, a Senior Project Coordinator Oksana Garnets and Knowledge Management Specialist Maryana Kulya.

On August 18, 2010 under the chairmanship of Deputy Head of Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine Ukraine (MDCSU) Andriy Vyshnevsky the conciliatory meeting on the proposals and comments submitted by interested central executive bodies to draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of a plan for implementation in Ukraine of a single web portal providing administrative services" was held.

 On August 13, 2010 the assignment of Director of  Center Serhiy Kucheruk to Kherson took place. During the event he conducted meetings with officials of the Kherson Regional State Administration on the possibility of the establishment of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union regional office in Kherson.
