On the 1^st of July, 2011 was the second session of the Working Group "Ukraine - EU: on the way to a political association" organized by the National Institute for Strategic Studies in cooperation with the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research in partnership with the Research Center of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association (Bratislava city) with support of Slovak agency for International Development (Slovak Aid) as part of the "National Conventof Ukraine on the EU."

 On 30 June 2011 meeting regarding preparation of the Draft fiche of the TWG project "Modernisation of legislation standards and content of vocational education training in Ukraine in line with the EU policy priorities in life-long learning" was held in PAO premises. Beneficiary is Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

On 30 June 2011 at the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine a Meeting of Co-ordination Group on Preparation of Institution Reform Plan in State Aid Monitoring and Control Area took place. The meeting was aimed at finalisation of the draft Institution Reform Plan in state aid monitoring and control area within the framework of the Comprehensive Institution Building Programme and submitting this document for the Government of Ukraine’s consideration.

 On 8 July 2011 working meeting regarding prolongation for two years of the Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal advice center – phase V (UEPLAC) was held in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

 On 8 July 2011 at the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine a meeting of Co-ordination Group on Preparation and Implementation of Institution Reform Plan in the Migration Field within the framework of Comprehensive Institution Building Programme took place.

On 15April, 2011 at the premises of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine the work meeting in case of partnership with State Custom Service of Ukraine was held in the framework of Twinning instrument.

 On July 18, 2011 at the National Bank of Ukraine the 6th Steering Committee of Twinning Project "Strengthening NBU potential through the approximation to EU standards of central banking" was held. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the project implementation during the last, 6th quarter, covering the period from 22 March till 

21 June, 2011.

The meeting was opened by Serhiy Kruglyk, RTA Counterpart, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the NBU.Director of Center for Technical Cooperation among Central Banks of Deutsche Bundesbank Martin Pontzen (Germany) also came forward with his remarks. Project Leader from EU Member State,

On July 18, 2011, a meeting of Timothy Motrenko, Head of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, and Svetlana Vukovich, Human Resources Management Authority Head, and other members of the delegation of Montenegro to Ukraine took place.

 On July 19 2011 at the conference hall of the National bank of Ukraine the official closing conference of Twinning Project "Strengthening NBU potential through the approximation to EU standards of central banking" was held. The beneficiary of the project during the 18 months of implementation was the NBU.

Serhiy Kruglyk, RTA Counterpart, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the NBU moderated the event.

 In July 20, 2011 a working meeting regarding implementation of Twinning project “Support to the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine for the implementation of the Law on Ecological Audit” with representatives from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine was held.
