23 May 2011 working meeting was held regarding updating of the Draft fiche of the TWG project “Modernisation of legislation standards and content of vocational education training in Ukraine in line with the EU policy priorities in life-long learning” in PAO premises. Beneficiary is Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

 On May 18, 2011 at the premises of National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA) a meeting  „Creation the new system of civil servants training in Ukraine: tasks and instruments” in the framework of Twinning project "Support to the Development and Improvement of the Civil Servants Training System in Ukraine" implementation. Beneficiary of the project are NAPA and the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDSCU).

On 16 May 2011 at the premises of Twinning Programme Administration Office a working meeting on preparation of Fiche for Twinning project “Harmonisation of National Phyto-Sanitary Legislation of Ukraine to European Norms and Standards” took place.

 On May 19, 2011 at the premises of National Electricity Regulatory Commission of Ukraine the Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project "Regulatory and Legal Capacity Strengthening of Natural Gas Regulation in NERC” was held.

 On May 18, 2011 at the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine the Forum of experts on the issues of payment systems oversight in the framework of Twinning Project "Strengthening NBU potential through the approximation to EU standards of central banking" was held. The purpose of the forum was to discuss payment systems oversight in central banks of EU member states, Ukraine and CIS countries.

On May 17, 2011 at the premises of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine (MDSCU) a working meeting of representatives of MDSCU, National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA) and foreign experts of the Twinning project on the questions of implementation of the Twinning project "Support to the Development and Improvement of the Civil Servants Training System in Ukraine". Beneficiary of the project are NAPA and the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine.

On 8 June 2011 Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (UEPLAC) is holding a seminar on the Institutional and Legal Frameworks for the EU External Action for the senior officials of the Ukrainian central legislative and executive authorities in charge of the cooperation with the EU.

On June 8, 2011, in the building of the Main Civil Service Department of Ukraine the meeting with Dr. Vahur Made, Estonian for Eastern Partnership Managing Director, Ekke Nõmm, Head of the Foundation of Estonian School of Diplomacy, and Mati Murd, Deputy Head of Estonian Embassy in Ukraine Mission, took place. The participants discussed the possible areas of cooperation between Ukraine and Estonia in the sphere of public administration reform.

There were also discussed perspectives of such cooperation, particularly, in the framework of Regional Training Center on Public Administrative Reform (RTCPAR) in 2011, Activities within PAR PANEL in 2012 and other initiatives and events.

Among the participants of the event also were: Iryna Protchenko, Center for Adaptation of Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Director, Andriy Bega, First Deputy Director of the Center, Natalia Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of the Center, Nadiia Kyzytska Head of the International Cooperation Projects Sector and Yaroslav Beresovsky, School of Senior Civil Service Expert.

Estonian Center of Eastern Partnerhsip (ECEAP) was launched on 1 January 2011 by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in co-operation with the Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD) to upgrade Estonia’s commitment towards the Eastern Partnership partner countries. (ECEAP) holds seminars on public administration reform (PAR) for officials from all EaP partner countries. The ECEAP also offers young diplomats, civil servants and civil society representatives scholarships to participate in the post-graduate training course “International Relations and European Integration” by the Estonian School of Diplomacy.

 On 3 June, 2011 training on the Twinning Fiche preparation took place in the premises of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine for its relevant experts. Accounting Chamber of Ukraine is the beneficiary of the Twinning project “Provision of Operations of the Higher Financial Control Authority of Ukraine in Accordance with the International and European Standards of External Audit”.

 On June 2, 2011 at the premises of National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine a meeting on preparation of Twinning contract of Twinning project “Further development of National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) capacities according to European practices” was held.

Implementation of the project will be performed by the consortium of United Kingdom and Germany.

During the meeting issues concerning preparation of the contract and timetable of it preparation was discussed, proposals to activities of project implementation were presented by the involved parties.
