On June 1, 2011 meeting within framework of the 1^st draft contract preparation of Twinning project "Strengthening the regulatory and legal capacity of the NCCR in the telecommunications sector" for National Commission of Ukraine for Regulation of Communications was held at the premises of NCCR.

On May 10, 2011 the meeting of representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and the School of Senior Civil Service took place with a Senior Project Coordinator of the Swiss-Ukrainian Decentralization Support Project Oksana Garnets and Knowledge Management Specialist of the project Maryana Kulya.

 On May 27, 2011 the meeting of the Coordination Group on the Institutional Reform Plan in sphere of migration in the framework of the Comprehensive Institution Building Instrument was held in the premises of Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine.

27 May 2011 kick-off meeting of TWG project “Strengthening institutional capacity of the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Economy of Ukraine to ensure conducting the housing and municipal policy” in the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and municipal economy of Ukraine.

The aim of meeting was to represent the main results of project and suspected outputs of project implementation. Olga Romaniuk Deputy Head of the Ministry of municipal economy of Ukraine/Project Leader was moderator of the meeting and represented main Ministries expectations regarding mentioned project.

 On May 26, 2011 at the premises of Twinning Programme Administration Office in Ukraine meeting with framework Twinning experts on drafting the Twinning Fiche was held.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss the special features of drafting Fiche for the Twinning project „Introducing a Risk-Based Supervision System” of State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine. In particular there were discussed practical issues of Twinning budget drafting.

On May 26, 2011 the meeting between Nataliya Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service the Standards of the European Union, Deputy Director of Twinning Programme Administration Office and Volodymyr Kozak, Deputy Head of the State Service of Ukraine of the Personal Data Protection took place.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss the application of the institutional building instruments Twinning and TAIEX, in particular the possibility of the further cooperation.

  On June 22, 2011 the last steering committee meeting in the framework of Twinning project "Support to the National School of Judges of Ukraine " was held.

On June 21, 2011 the 3^rd Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project "Supporting the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in the fields of Public Debt Management and Budgetary Forecasting" was held in the premises of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

In the course of the Steering Committee key issues and results of the project implementation during the third and fourth quarter, covering the period from 1 December 2010 to 31 May this year, were discussed as well as key points of project implementation during the next quarters and other current issues.

20 June 2011 selection and evaluation meeting was held in the frame of Twinning project “Support to the improvement of the system of public order protection by the interior troops of MOI of Ukraine”.

 On June 16, 2011 Vyacheslav Tolkovanov, first Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine (MDSCU) took part in the annual meeting for the institution building instruments (Twinning, TAIEX та SIGMA)"Institution Building Days" co-hosted by the Directorate General for Enlargement and Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation – EuropeAid.
