On June 14, 2011 at the premises of EU Delegation to Ukraine the meeting on Institutional Reform Plans (IRP) preparation in the framework of the Comprehensive Institution Building Instrument (CIB).

On June 15, 2011 Vyacheslav Tolkovanov, first Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine (MDSCU) begins tree-day working visit to Brussels (Kingdom of Belgium). 

 On June 10, 2011, at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine there was held the third seminar on public administration reform in Eastern Partnership member states, which enlightened the topic of „Public Administration Reform in the Context of Negotiations Process in the Framework of Eastern Partnership“. The event was organised by the Estonian Center for Eastern Partnership in cooperation with Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, Ministry of Foriegn Affairs of Estonia and Swedish International Cooperation Agency (SIDA).

On 9 June 2011 at the premises of State Migration Service а meeting of the Working Group on implementation of key points of National Plan on Implementation of the EU-Ukraine Plan on Visa Liberalisation № 4 “Management of Migration, Rights Protection of Migrants” took place.

The meeting was dedicated to co-ordination of activities on creation of national database for migration flows management.

 On 30 June 2011 at the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine a Meeting of Working Group on Preparation of Institution Reform Plan in Sanitary and Phyto-Sanitary Area took place. The meeting was aimed at finalisation of the draft Institution Reform Plan in sanitary and phyto-sanitary area within the framework of the Comprehensive Institution Building Programme and submitting this document for the Government of Ukraine’s consideration.

 On the 25-th of June meeting  regarding preparing of ToR of Twinning project “Strengthening the capacity of National  Academy of Prosecutors of Ukraine in professional prosecutors training and providing prosecutor’s office with skilled staff” was held in the National Academy of Prosecutors of Ukraine.

 On the 30th of June 2011 the seventh Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project " Support to the development and improvement of the civil servants training system in Ukraine”was held. The Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine and National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA) are beneficiaries of Twinning project.

 On 24 June 2011 at the premises of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine a closing conference of the Twinning Project for National School of Judges of Ukraine "Support to the National School of Judges of Ukraine"took place.

The project was implemented jointly by National School of Judges of Ukraine and Austrian Center for the Promotion of Legal Competence in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (CLC).

 On June 23, 2011, the first Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine on Regulation of Water Services at Municipal Level” was held at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Communal Services of Ukraine premises.
