On October 14-15, 2010 the Fourth Annual Regional Institution Building Conference "Implementation of the Comprehensive Institution Building Programme in the context of Public Administration Reform" was held.

October 7, 2010 at the National Bank of Ukraine the 3^rd Steering Committee of Twinning Project "Strengthening NBU potential through the approximation to EU standards of central banking” was held. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the project implementation during the 3^rd quarter, covering the period from 22 June to 21 September, 2010.

 4 October 2010 Head of the Main Department of the Civil Service Tymofiy Motrenko took part in the meeting on preparation of working visit of the Prime-Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov to the EU institutions and the Kingdom of Belgium that took place in the Building of Government.

The suggestion of the Main Department of the Civil Service concerning the inclusion into the programme of the mentioned visit the question of signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Ukraine and the European Commission regarding the Framework Document of the Comprehensive Institution Building Programme was expressed.

On 23 September 2010 in the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine took place the regular meeting of the Joint Committee at Senior Official Level of the EU –Ukraine Association Agenda (hereinafter – AA). In the course of the meeting the sides discussed agreements of the videoconference of 14 April 2010, implementation status of AA, introduction of amendments in AA submitted by the bodies of state power of Ukraine as well as other provisions determined by the videoconference agenda.

On September 21, 2010, the 1st Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project "Supporting the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in the fields of Public Debt Management and Budgetary Forecasting" was held in the premises of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The aim of the meeting is discussion of the project implementation during the first quarter, which includes period from the 1st July till 31st August and approval of the draft plan in the next quarter.

On 21 September 2010 the meeting between the First Deputy Director of the Center for adaptation of the civil service to the standards of the European Union Andriy Bega and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Denmark Michaela Skuratovskogo was held.

On September 15, 2010 the visit of Deputy Head of MDCSU Andriy Vyshnevsky to Brussels, the Kingdom of Belgium, took place with aim to participate in the plenary session of the sixteenth round of negotiations on an Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. Among other things, it was scheduled in the meeting to discuss the preparation and implementation of Comprehensive Institutional Building Program (CIB).

On 10 September 2010 took place the Ukrainian-Polish seminar “Decentralized management system of the EU external assistance”, organized by Twinning Programme Administrative Office and Ministry for Foreign Affaires of the Republic of Poland.

On September 9, 2010 workshop "Practical issues on implementation of the Twinning in Poland and Ukraine" for representatives of public authorities involved into implementation of Twinning instrument in Ukraine,  was organized by the Twinning Programme Administrative Office in Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.

On September 7, 2010 the first training for policy analysis groups on the theme: "The process of policy-step by step. Defining the problem. Methodes of the situation analysis" took place. The attendees of the event are representatives of Ministry of Health Protection, Ministry of Transport and Connections, State Customs Services.
